Do you design other wedding items such as menu’s and seating charts?

Yes we do. We can design any stationery needs you have. Eg/ menu’s, seating charts, table numbers, save the date cards, order of service insert pages, personalised thank you cards, addressed rsvp envelopes, direction cards, accomodation card’s, wine bottle and water bottle labels. Phew. That’s quite the list!

Oh and if you’d like to know the price for these extra, simply email us your requirments.

Can your lolly bags be used as place settings/bonbonniere?

Yes they can. The bags have a flat base, so they stand alone well. If you are going to use them as part of the place setting, I sugest using a flat place card strung onto the bag. If you would like to see a photograph explaining this, please email us.

Alternativly the bags look great hole punched at the top and then closed using bright ribbon threaded throught he hole.

I like the invitation in one design and an rsvp and order of service cover in another, can I mix and match stationery from all six designs?

Of course you can.

I’d like my invitation to be A6 in size but it looks like it comes as A5 only?

All of our inviations come as either an A5 or A6 size. Please contact us for the correct price for the size you want.

Can I change the colours and stock?

Our standard stock options are smooth and textured cream or white card and Kraft board. If you have a stock colour or texture in mind, we will try our best to find a suitable match.
Please note additional charges will apply for this.

Ink colours can be changed in the Sweetheart and Babe range only. Please keep in mind that only dark colours can be printed on our Kraft board. It is most helpful if you can send us a sample of the colour you would like, and we’ll do our best to match it.

Can I use another image from your card range on my sewn invitation?

Both  the My Love and My darling invitation can have any image from the alfred's garden, mornings like this and lucus and lila card range.
This is available for invitations only.

If you would like matching imagery on rsvp cards, addressed labels, place cards, order of service covers or any other stationery items an additional cost may apply.

I really like the imagery of one of the invitations in your occasions for dancing section on the poppies for grace website, can this be customised?

Yes! All of our invitations in our range can be customised. All you need to do is email us the name of the invite you like and we email you the price and options including: use of our magnets, printed A6 envelopes, invite sizes and card stock. We will also send you a digital example of the invitation being used as a customised piece.

I would like to use 100% recycled paper for my wedding invitations. Do you offer this?

Yes, We source paper that is 100% recycled. Uncoated. Ultra-luxurious. We're talking 65% post-consumer waste - that's your waste paper, newspaper, magazines and printed products (all sorted and de-inked of course!) - and 35% pre-consumer waste - printing scraps and trimmings. This is the paper that our standard invitations and writing sets are printed on.

All of our papers are approved by the Forrest Stuardship Council. And we are always looking for other papers to add to our range of stock options. So if you know of any other environmentally responsible papers, please email us the details.

All of our invitations are printed with vegetable based inks.

What typefaces do you offer on your wedding invitations?

We offer a range of typefaces (fonts), including script, sans serif and serif.

Script fonts look like handwriting and are recommended for the bride and grooms’ names and headings. We do not generally recommend printing your entire invitation in a script font as it can be difficult to read.

We recommend using a san serif or serif font for the body of your text.

I don’t see the typeface I want on the list. Are other typefaces available?

Yes. If you don’t see a typeface you like in our collection, you can request a custom font. Either send us the name of the typeface you would like and we will purchase it for you, or find the typeface and send us the font files. Typefaces can be purchased at www.myfonts.com. Fonts can typically be purchased for about $30- $100.

Do you have any invitation wording examples?

Yes we do, simply click on this link for some helpful ideas.

I would like my wedding invitation printed in a different language. Can you do this?

For text in the Roman alphabet, please send us the text in Microsoft Word and we will typeset it for you. For text that is in a different alphabet, we require a vector art file.

I would like to include a photo in my thank you card. Can you do this?

Yes. All we need is a .jpg file of the photograph and we can place it for you, we can also add our signature tape photo corners. (not real tape, scanned in tape of course)

How long does the entire process take from when I choose the design to my invitations arriving at my home?

Once we have received your approval on the digital proof, the invitations will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. The extra time needed before this depends on how quickly you can provide information needed for your digital proof. Do you have your guest list ready? Have you chosen your wording and font? These are the things that take time, so if you are armed with your decisions we can move as quickly as needed.

If you have a tighter time frame, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

What happens if I find a mistake in my digital proof after I've made final approval?

Contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed by our printers, a last minute change can be made with the payment of an additional fee. If you are not so lucky and your stationery needs to be reprinted with the error corrected, we will contact you regarding associated costs.

How do my invites come?

We send your stationery via registered post and each component of your order will be carefully wrapped. Please note we do not package each individual invitation into envelopes or stick address labels onto envelopes. This is a great job for you and your bridesmaids to do over a good bottle of wine.

What are the methods of payment that you accept?

Payments can be made online using a credit / debit card via Paypal. Or by Direct deposit and by cheque. Details can be found on your invoice.

What is Paypal?

Paypal is used by millions people worldwide and trusted as the online payment system for Dell, Itunes and Ebay as well as 1000's of other retailers.

The first time you pay with PayPal, you will automatically be registered for a PayPal account (free of charge). You will need to enter your credit or debit card details to complete your purchase. Your card details will then be securely saved within your PayPal account and you can use your account on eBay and any other websites that accept PayPal.

Your financial information always stays safe with PayPal. Your credit card and bank account numbers are never shared with online stores, and you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
